What you will do

• Scale the data center vertical from initial stage to a self-sustaining engine through operational excellence.
• Cultivate and own relationships with top-tier general contractors, data center operators, and infrastructure tech giants.
• Analyze labor, compliance, and safety requirements for construction and live data center environments.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to automate processes.
• Represent the company as a thought leader in the data center workforce space.
• Travel extensively to major data center markets to oversee launches and partner expansions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in commercial construction (mission-critical/data centers), data center operations, or infrastructure scaling.
• Proven track record of managing high-growth expansion and optimizing complex operations.
• Experience in management consulting within the tech or infrastructure space is highly valued.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Chicago, Illinois.
• Strong ability to navigate complex enterprise requirements and solve unstructured problems.
