TL;DR

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid, on-site required)

Salary: $150,000–$185,000/year plus up to 0.05% equity

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end People & Operations functions: recruiting coordination, onboarding, HR operations, events, vendor and expense management
  • Act as a trusted second to step in on diverse operational needs
  • Build and improve systems to keep the fast-growing team organized
  • Support the executive team with preparation, coordination, and follow-through
  • Handle ambiguous, unowned problems proactively without detailed specs
  • Grow scope and ownership over time as trust is earned

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA with on-site presence (hybrid)
  • 4+ years experience in operations, chief-of-staff, or high-ownership generalist role, ideally at a startup
  • Work authorization: Must already be authorized to work in the US or eligible remote-hire regions; no visa sponsorship currently
  • Exceptional judgment, follow-through, and ability to handle ambiguity
  • Discreet and trustworthy handling sensitive company matters
  • Comfortable managing wide scope and multiple priorities simultaneously
