Salary: $174,200 — $299,550 USD

What you will do

  • Design and implement compensation solutions for GTM talent (40% of the role).
  • Manage compensation processes across the entire employee life cycle, including offers, promotions, and transfers (30% of the role).
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of enterprise-wide compensation programs and frameworks (30% of the role).
  • Act as a trusted advisor to founders and executive leadership on sensitive, high-stakes compensation decisions.
  • Analyze competitive trends in cash and equity to inform total rewards strategies and tradeoffs.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in job architecture, compensation frameworks, market pricing, and pay-for-performance design.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of tech sector compensation practices, particularly regarding new-hire and refresh equity strategies.
  • Ability to navigate competing priorities and partner effectively with senior leadership.
  • Work authorization and residency in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Tableau, SQL, or Python for data analysis.
  • Experience utilizing AI for compensation analytics.
