Salary: $185,000 — $277,600 USD

What you will do

• Lead and mentor the AMER HR Generalist (PXC) and Employee Relations (ER) teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
• Partner with HRBPs, Legal, and senior leaders to assess and implement organizational change across the AMER region.
• Manage complex employee relations matters with potential legal or reputational risks in conjunction with Legal.
• Develop high-quality leadership communication, presentations, training materials, and management reports.
• Collaborate with global PX leaders to align regional practices with the global HR operating model.
• Utilize data-driven insights to shift from reactive to proactive employee relations management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of management experience leading HR Generalist and ER specialist teams.
• Proven experience as a senior HR manager in a complex, matrixed global environment.
• Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and delivering strategic HR initiatives.
• High levels of data literacy and a mindset focused on process mapping and system thinking.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Mateo, CA (Hybrid).
