What you will do

• Identify, engage, and build relationships with VC firms, angel investors, and family offices globally.
• Manage the full investor attendee journey, ensuring an outstanding experience before, during, and after events.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline of investors and prospects within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Marketing, and Operations teams to identify new lead generation opportunities.
• Represent hirify.global at global events, networking with technology leaders and investors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1+).
• Experience in business development, account management, partnerships, or sales.
• Knowledge of venture capital, startup funding, or the broader investment ecosystem.
• Previous experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform.
• Ability to work in a hybrid format in Lisbon or Dublin.

• Exposure to startups, accelerators, incubators, or technology events.
