What you will do
- Establish and own 's brand presence and visibility across target Western European markets.
- Build a commercially relevant network of founders, CEOs, and product leaders who sign payment infrastructure contracts.
- Collaborate with sales teams to transform community activations into a qualified lead pipeline.
- Design and execute exclusive, high-value events and strategic dinners for key decision-makers.
- Strategically manage the conference circuit to ensure visibility where major decisions are made.
- Develop media relationships to position the company as the primary choice for European payments.
Requirements
- Proven track record of building or growing B2B or fintech brands within Western Europe.
- Existing, active network of founders and CEOs in the relevant target markets.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to tie every activation to client acquisition metrics.
- Comfort operating autonomously in an unstructured environment and defining processes from scratch.
Nice to have
- Experience working at the intersection of startups and venture capital.
- Background in strategic partnerships or founder-facing roles at high-growth technology companies.
- Existing relationships within European technology ecosystems such as Endeavor or VC networks.
