What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee IT support, including hardware, software, and access troubleshooting.
- Own the device lifecycle management for macOS and Windows, covering procurement, provisioning, MDM, and secure offboarding.
- Administer core identity and SaaS systems including SSO, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Manage NYC office IT infrastructure, specifically networking, AV, and conference room technology.
- Develop and document scalable IT processes, runbooks, and self-service resources.
- Lead the IT onboarding process to ensure a seamless day-one experience for new hires.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or IT operations, ideally within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Hands-on expertise administering macOS, Windows, MDM tools, and identity/SSO platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack administration.
- Experience managing physical office IT infrastructure, including networking and AV technology.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Willing and able to work on-site 5 days per week in the NYC office.
