IT Support Specialist

What you will do

• Manage user account lifecycles including setup and deactivation.
• Provide end-user technical support for both onsite and remote staff.
• Install and maintain IT hardware including Mac, PC, Chromebooks, and factory peripherals.
• Track and escalate technical requests using the Asana task system.
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of computer-driven manufacturing equipment.

Requirements

• Must be based in Amsterdam, NY for this on-site role.
• Associate's degree in information systems or relevant IT certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, Google).
• 1-3 years of professional IT experience.
• Strong proficiency in VMWare, macOS, Chrome OS, Windows 10/11, Linux, and Windows Server.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and wired/wireless networking.
• Experience supporting Google Workspace and SaaS applications.
