What you will do

• Drive growth and transformation initiatives across AI, strategy, go-to-market, product, and business models.
• Translate strategy into execution by building delivery plans, tracking milestones, and managing decision logs.
• Support the Transformation Office in maintaining governance, execution discipline, and prioritization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability to outcomes and proactively unblocking issues.
• Prepare executive- and board-level materials, updates, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Utilize AI fluency to reshape products, workflows, and business models.

Requirements

• Experience combining business consulting with in-house strategy or transformation work.
• Proven track record of working directly with senior management and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong command of transformation and strategy execution, balancing vision with operational detail.
• Exceptional communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Berlin, Munich, Utrecht, or London.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German or Dutch.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, and AI sectors.
