Salary: $115,000 (US base salary), £73,900 (UK base salary), or $79,825 (Kenya base salary).

What you will do

• Own performance monitoring systems, dashboards, and goal-setting processes to ensure visibility into key metrics.
• Develop and advance the 'Brand as Access' strategy to build recipient trust and deepen engagement with governments and financial partners.
• Improve operating rhythms, meeting structures, and decision-making processes to maximize team effectiveness.
• Manage strategic Mobile Network Operator (MNO) partnerships by coordinating engagement plans and tracking milestones.
• Lead high-priority strategic initiatives and serve as a thought partner to Emergency Cash leadership.
• Create and maintain core collateral, including pitch decks, strategic narratives, and briefing materials.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or business operations.
• Proven track record of building systems, processes, and operating mechanisms that improve organizational effectiveness.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent project management skills and experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including experience with executive-level presentations.
• Must be able to travel up to 40% of the time, including team retreats.
