What you will do

• Build and maintain integrated project plans, governance processes, and executive dashboards.
• Design scalable playbooks and operating models to sustain growth beyond individual initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve operational performance and business value.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in strategy execution, business operations, consulting, or program leadership.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrix organization.
• Demonstrated experience in market expansion, channel development, or enterprise growth.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical application in business.
• Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
