What you will do
- Generate new business pipelines primarily through strategic outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Nurture early-stage opportunities and identify key decision makers within new accounts.
- Partner with Account Executives to source net new pipeline by researching personas and lines of business.
- Maintain engagement with prospects and customers via creative follow-up communications.
- Manage prospect information in Salesforce and achieve monthly qualified opportunity quotas.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional offers to optimize revenue.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent quota attainment.
- Experience in account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into net-new and existing accounts.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Boston, MA.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Familiarity with Software or Cybersecurity industries.
