What you will do

  • Generate new business pipelines primarily through strategic outbound prospecting and cold calling.
  • Nurture early-stage opportunities and identify key decision makers within new accounts.
  • Partner with Account Executives to source net new pipeline by researching personas and lines of business.
  • Maintain engagement with prospects and customers via creative follow-up communications.
  • Manage prospect information in Salesforce and achieve monthly qualified opportunity quotas.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional offers to optimize revenue.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent quota attainment.
  • Experience in account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into net-new and existing accounts.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Boston, MA.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Familiarity with Software or Cybersecurity industries.
