What you will do

• Implement company culture, values, and policies across manufacturing operations.
• Develop and grow workforce strategies to recruit and develop qualified candidates.
• Manage employee relations by addressing grievances and leading disciplinary investigations.
• Oversee the New Hire Orientation Process and maintain accurate employee records.
• Promote employee advancement and maintain the apprenticeship program to improve retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related discipline.
• At least five years of professional experience across HR disciplines (benefits, compensation, employee relations).
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Apex, NC.
• Experience working with a diverse workforce.
• Basic computer proficiency including Excel and Word.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing and printing environments.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience with payroll management.
