What you will do

  • Serve as the strategic HR partner for North America GTM leaders to align people strategies with business priorities.
  • Diagnose organizational concerns regarding structure, talent, and team health to build scalable solutions.
  • Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and role clarity.
  • Coach senior leaders through complex people matters and lead change initiatives.
  • Manage broad employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation.
  • Use data and business context to influence decisions and shape organizational actions.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of progressive HRBP experience.
  • PHR or SPHR certification required, or equivalent HR credential.
  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a strategic HRBP capacity.
  • Expertise in organizational design and workforce planning.
  • Extensive employee relations experience handling complex and sensitive matters.
  • Must be based in Austin, Texas.

  • Experience supporting North America GTM organizations.
  • Background in private company or high-growth, transformation-oriented environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset connecting people insights to business decisions.
