Salary: $80,000–$100,000 yearly

What you will do
- Collaborate with area management to implement people strategies and organizational development projects.
- Guide global HR processes including performance management, talent reviews, and salary cycles.
- Advise local management on total rewards, incentive programs, and compensation decisions.
- Facilitate succession planning, career path utilization, and identify skill gaps.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives and ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to enhance the workplace environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, including at least 3 years as an HR Manager in a manufacturing or related industry.
- Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR regulations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency with HR software and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (<5%).
