What you will do

• Collaborate with area management to implement people strategies and organizational development projects.
• Guide global HR processes including performance management, talent reviews, and salary cycles.
• Advise local management on total rewards, incentive programs, and compensation decisions.
• Facilitate succession planning, career path utilization, and identify skill gaps.
• Oversee employee engagement initiatives and ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to enhance the workplace environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, including at least 3 years as an HR Manager in a manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR regulations.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with HR software and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (<5%).
