What you will do

• Serve as a strategic advisor to business units across the talent lifecycle, including goal setting, merit planning, and succession planning.
• Coach and influence managers to ensure consistent, fair, and legally compliant people management practices.
• Manage workforce planning, job design, and requisition approval processes.
• Oversee off-boarding, conduct exit interviews, and analyze trends to improve retention.
• Investigate employee concerns and complaints, assessing risks and recommending timely resolutions.
• Analyze HR data and prepare reports to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a business-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist or HRBP.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Le Sueur, MN.
• Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and employment law compliance.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience supporting employees in the US (specifically California) and Canada.
• Proficiency in Workday, including reporting and data navigation.
