What you will do
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business units across the talent lifecycle, including goal setting, merit planning, and succession planning.
- Coach and influence managers to ensure consistent, fair, and legally compliant people management practices.
- Manage workforce planning, job design, and requisition approval processes.
- Oversee off-boarding, conduct exit interviews, and analyze trends to improve retention.
- Investigate employee concerns and complaints, assessing risks and recommending timely resolutions.
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a business-related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist or HRBP.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Le Sueur, MN.
- Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and employment law compliance.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
Nice to have
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience supporting employees in the US (specifically California) and Canada.
- Proficiency in Workday, including reporting and data navigation.
