HR Manager I (HRBP): Leading HR for an onsite product development organization with an accent on strategic partnership, talent management, and employee relations. Focus on aligning workforce planning with business objectives, coaching leadership, and maintaining operational compliance.

Location: Portland, Oregon (Hybrid option available)

What you will do

  • Partner with site and business leaders to provide HR guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational needs.
  • Lead core talent activities, including recruiting support, performance management, succession planning, and onboarding.
  • Coach managers through employee issues, team challenges, and professional development opportunities.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including benefits support, policy interpretation, and legal compliance.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and help leaders reinforce company culture and manage transitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Substantial experience in HR Business Partner (HRBP) roles.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Portland, Oregon.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or other technical teams.
  • Advanced degree or professional HR certification.
  • Experience working within a matrixed or global organization.
