What you will do

• Own end-to-end program delivery including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and budgeting.
• Lead large-scale cloud modernization and transformation initiatives across enterprise environments.
• Build and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency frameworks.
• Drive alignment across engineering, product, operations, cybersecurity, and leadership teams.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and bottlenecks proactively.
• Prepare program dashboards, status reports, and executive briefings for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program/project management across cross-functional teams.
• 4+ years of experience leading cloud transformation or modernization initiatives.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong analytical experience with ability to define and track KPIs and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks and DevSecOps practices.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
