What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations and optimization of Paid Search and Demand Gen campaigns on Google and Bing.
• Build and scale Paid Social accounts across Meta and TikTok to expand the channel mix.
• Utilize AI-driven tools to scale asset creation, optimize bidding, and improve workflow efficiency.
• Design and execute rapid creative testing frameworks to identify high-performing hooks and visuals.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, translating data into actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with internal creative and data teams to ensure cross-channel alignment and pipeline development.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience managing and optimizing Paid Search campaigns using Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and Bing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present findings.
• Experience managing significant ad spend while hitting performance and ROI targets.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Comfortable using AI tools for creative brainstorming, asset variation, and automation.
• Must be able to work from the Manchester office 2 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in scaling Paid Social channels from the ground up.
• Familiarity with marketing technologies and new ad format testing.
