What you will do

• Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
• Manage audience targeting, budget allocation, and creative trafficking to drive efficient growth.
• Implement and monitor technical operations, including pixels, CAPI integrations, and event configurations.
• Analyze performance trends (CTR, CVR, CAC) to translate data into optimization actions and stakeholders' reports.
• Partner with Creative and Analytics teams to iterate on messaging, formats, and measurement models (MMM, Brand Lift).
• Collaborate with agency partners to ensure high-quality execution and optimization rigor.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, specifically Meta and TikTok.
• Proven experience running performance-focused ads for omnichannel consumer brands.
• Strong ability to analyze data and translate metrics into actionable optimization strategies.
• Highly organized and comfortable operating in-platform on a daily basis.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in London, England.
