What you will do

• Run end-to-end paid search and social campaigns on Google, Microsoft, Meta, and emerging AI surfaces like ChatGPT.
• Develop AI agents and automations using Lovable to manage performance, budget pacing, and issue detection.
• Scale paid social growth by managing and optimizing a diversified creative asset pipeline.
• Implement programmatic strategies using DSPs (DV360, Criteo, or The Trade Desk) for prospecting and retargeting.
• Own and debug technical tracking setups, including server-side CAPI, pixels, and incrementality queries.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing significant budgets in paid search and paid social.
• Proven expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and at least one DSP.
• Strong technical proficiency in at least one area: data analytics, data engineering, or tracking/measurement.
• Experience building automations for reporting and optimization via platform APIs.
• Ability to build and operate AI agents to enhance marketing workflows.
• English: C1+ required (company language)
