What you will do
- Partner with the CEO office and senior leadership to align talent strategies with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end executive and business-critical searches from strategy to offer negotiation.
- Develop market-mapping strategies and talent communities for new markets and functions.
- Use data and funnel metrics to diagnose hiring challenges and forecast delivery.
- Act as a brand ambassador to build lasting relationships with senior passive talent.
- Drive process improvement and experiment with AI and emerging recruiting technologies.
Requirements
- Significant experience as an internal Senior or Principal Talent Partner in a fast-paced, product-led company.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, senior, or executive-level searches.
- Strong search and sourcing capability with experience building pipelines from scratch.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Commercial and data-driven mindset with experience using market insights.
- Must be based in London to support the hybrid office model.
