Location: Must be based in and have the right to work in the UK or Germany. Hybrid role.

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer across technical and commercial roles.
  • Proactively source passive talent using advanced tools and build long-term talent pools.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define profiles, set quality bars, and ensure structured processes.
  • Manage candidate experience and maintain clean data within the ATS.
  • Collaborate on employer branding and represent the company at networking events.
  • Coach hiring managers on interviewing techniques and process optimization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within tech or SaaS.
  • Must be based in and have the right to work in the UK or Germany.
  • Strong hands-on sourcing expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI tools.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS organizational structures across engineering, product, and commercial functions.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high-volume open roles.

Nice to have

  • German language proficiency.
