What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer across technical and commercial roles.
- Proactively source passive talent using advanced tools and build long-term talent pools.
- Partner with hiring managers to define profiles, set quality bars, and ensure structured processes.
- Manage candidate experience and maintain clean data within the ATS.
- Collaborate on employer branding and represent the company at networking events.
- Coach hiring managers on interviewing techniques and process optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within tech or SaaS.
- Must be based in and have the right to work in the UK or Germany.
- Strong hands-on sourcing expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI tools.
- Deep understanding of SaaS organizational structures across engineering, product, and commercial functions.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high-volume open roles.
