What you will do

• Initiate insurance claims and serve as the primary point of contact for adjusters and carriers.
• Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and police reports.
• Proactively identify and resolve lien and subrogation issues.
• Collaborate with lead paralegals to prepare comprehensive, accurate case files for demand.
• Communicate daily with clients to guide them through the pre-litigation process.
• Maintain strict case timelines and ensure all milestones are met with high accuracy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in personal injury legal operations, case management, or insurance claims.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong ability to manage high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, medical providers, and insurers.
• High level of detail-orientation and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
