What you will do

• Support the global Go-To-Market team by drafting and negotiating commercial agreements including customer contracts, SOWs, and MNDAs.
• Take primary responsibility for reviewing and negotiating vendor agreements while optimizing procurement processes.
• Lead legal operations projects to enhance the use of AI tools and streamline internal review workflows.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure speed, clarity, and compliance across all commercial activities.
• Manage complex negotiations with outside counsel, vendors, and internal stakeholders with executive presence.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and current bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
• 5+ years of experience at a top law firm or high-growth technology company.
• Experience supporting fast-paced sales functions and cross-functional collaborations.
• Proven track record in negotiating technical vendor and SaaS agreements.
• Strong AI fluency and ability to apply AI tools to accelerate workflows and improve output quality.
• Ability to operate with a high degree of ownership and comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
