What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design and deployment of settlement programs, partnering with attorneys and build teams to meet client objectives.
• Lead project planning and execution as the directly responsible individual, ensuring quality and timeliness for all lens builds.
• Act as the primary product and litigation expert during client implementations and ongoing engagement with Tier 1 accounts.
• Author and review critical legal correspondence, protocols, and performance reports for internal leadership and clients.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to diagnose and resolve platform, data, or build-related issues.
• Identify and implement process optimizations based on aggregate data analysis and stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing complex mass tort or class action settlement programs.
• Substantive legal background (JD, paralegal certification, or equivalent experience in law firms or claims administration).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data sorting, filtering).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage senior attorneys and firm leadership.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, shifting startup environment.
