What you will do

  • Manage case calendars, discovery needs, and document organization for employment and litigation matters.
  • Conduct legal research on statutes and regulations, synthesizing findings into clear summaries for counsel.
  • Implement and maintain legal technology and AI solutions to streamline departmental processes.
  • Assist in managing outside counsel, vendor relationships, and legal budgets.
  • Coordinate scheduling and communication for active legal cases.

Requirements

  • Minimum of six years of experience as a paralegal with substantial background in employment law and litigation.
  • Familiarity with Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and state equivalents.
  • Proven expertise in discovery and e-discovery technology.
  • Experience in legal operations, including vendor and budget management.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or CoCounsel for research and summarization.
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI output and prompt effectively.
  • Proficiency with project management methodologies.
