Salary: $99,000 - $130,000 OTE

What you will do

• Drive revenue growth and customer retention across a scaled book of business customers.
• Analyze customer pain points to provide tailored platform solutions.
• Develop strategic territory plans for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasting and deep knowledge of customer goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive product innovation via customer feedback.
• Track and report key metrics related to growth, retention, and product usage.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience selling SaaS products, including at least 1 year in a closing role.
• Proven ability to manage a large volume of accounts (up to 200) focusing on retention and growth.
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
