Salary: $185,400 – $277,760 per annum

What you will do

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for strategic accounts, building long-term relationships across executive, technical, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to expand revenue, identify new opportunities, and strengthen hirify.global's market position.
  • Manage complex sales cycles from initial opportunity identification through design win and contract execution.
  • Coordinate with internal product management, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure customer needs are prioritized and executed.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and supply terms to support profitable growth.
  • Provide insights on competitive dynamics and emerging technology trends to inform product and business strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science (MBA or advanced technical degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or strategic account management within semiconductors, cloud infrastructure, or related high-tech industries.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value accounts with long sales cycles and complex products.
  • Deep understanding of AI infrastructure, data center architectures, optical connectivity, or custom silicon.
  • Experience influencing C-level executives and senior engineering leadership.
  • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
