TL;DR

Account Executive (AI): Driving enterprise-level sales within USSOCOM and the Department of War with an accent on facial recognition software adoption. Focus on building strategic campaigns, managing complex federal procurement processes, and establishing high-level relationships with defense stakeholders.

Location: Must be based in the Washington DC metro area and able to work from the Arlington, VA office at least 1 day per week.

Compensation: $300,000–$340,000 per year.

hirify.global is a fast-growing startup providing advanced facial recognition technology to defense, national security, and law enforcement agencies.

What you will do

  • Build and execute a sales territory strategy within USSOCOM to secure enterprise-level deals.
  • Manage and forecast a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce.
  • Develop multi-pronged sales plans involving federal consultants and lobbyists.
  • Present complex software solutions to senior leadership and navigate procurement objections.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customer POCs, systems integrators, and strategic partners.
  • Navigate federal contract vehicles and ensure compliance with FARS/DFARS requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience serving in or selling directly to the US Department of War (USSOCOM preferred).
  • Must be able to work from the Arlington, VA office at least 1 day per week.
  • Deep knowledge of USSOCOM organization, budgeting, and acquisition processes.
  • Proven track record of closing individual federal software deals exceeding $1M ARR.
  • Must hold or be able to obtain a DOW Secret clearance (TS-SCI is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
