TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (AI): Driving business growth by building high-value partnerships with sports stadiums, e-commerce brands, and AI companies with an accent on outbound prospecting and consultative selling. Location: On-site 5 days per week in downtown Chicago

Salary: Base $80,000, OTE $160,000

What you will do

  • Own territory and build high-value partnerships with sports stadiums, e-commerce brands, universities, and AI companies.
  • Drive aggressive outbound prospecting through cold calls, targeted sequences, and creative outreach.
  • Deliver tailored presentations to executives and key decision-makers to win new business.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach to position the platform as a smarter alternative to legacy staffing.
  • Negotiate commercial and legal terms to close deals and expand accounts.
  • Maintain a healthy Salesforce pipeline and provide accurate weekly forecasts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota.
  • Must be able to work on-site 5 days per week in the Chicago office.
  • Proficiency in the sales stack: Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo/Sales Navigator.
  • Strong negotiation skills for navigating commercial and legal terms.
  • Ability to build a pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting.
  • Exceptional communication skills for phone, video, and in-person interactions.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into large hospitality or warehousing brands.
