What you will do
- Own outbound prospecting to build and run targeted outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Qualify opportunities using a structured discovery guide to assess fit against our ICP.
- Nurture leads with clear value and next steps.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to align campaigns and ensure smooth handoffs.
- Maintain a clean pipeline by logging activity and notes in Salesforce.
- Share market insights to sharpen messaging and targeting.
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in a BDR or SDR role (internship or campus selling experience also considered).
- Familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Organized and able to manage multiple outreach streams.
- Curious, coachable, and quick to learn and apply feedback.
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and able to move fast without being discouraged by rejection.
- Collaborative and able to work well with AEs and Marketing.
