What you will do
- Generate qualified opportunities in the insurance sector through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
- Research target accounts, market trends, and stakeholder priorities to tailor outreach strategies.
- Engage prospects via phone, email, and social selling to assess alignment with solutions.
- Conduct initial qualification conversations using methodologies like MEDDICC.
- Maintain accurate activity and opportunity data within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Marketing to refine prospecting efforts.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and French (written and verbal) is required.
- Experience in business development, inside sales, or a SaaS sales environment.
- Proven ability to meet activity and pipeline generation goals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
- Strong research and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
