What you will do

  • Generate qualified opportunities in the insurance sector through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Research target accounts, market trends, and stakeholder priorities to tailor outreach strategies.
  • Engage prospects via phone, email, and social selling to assess alignment with solutions.
  • Conduct initial qualification conversations using methodologies like MEDDICC.
  • Maintain accurate activity and opportunity data within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Marketing to refine prospecting efforts.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and French (written and verbal) is required.
  • Experience in business development, inside sales, or a SaaS sales environment.
  • Proven ability to meet activity and pipeline generation goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong research and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
