What you will do

• Lead system-level design and validation of compute, storage, networking, power, and thermal infrastructure.
• Define platform-level power architecture and redundancy strategies for AI-optimized systems.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and manufacturing teams to prototype and productionize new platform capabilities.
• Perform complex root-cause analysis across hardware, firmware, OS, networking, and thermal domains.
• Develop automation and diagnostics tools using Python, Bash, or C.
• Support regulatory, EMC, and safety compliance for enterprise datacenter deployments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in systems, platform, or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong background in datacenter power systems, thermal design, and server architecture.
• Proficiency in Linux systems and scripting using Python, Bash, and/or C.
• Experience with platform debugging and performance tools (e.g., fio, iostat, perf, sar, iperf).
• Knowledge of high-speed networking (Ethernet, InfiniBand) and enterprise storage (NVMe, RAID).
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience with global three-phase datacenter power distribution (N, N+1, 2N).
• Expertise in AI/GPU high-density compute infrastructure.
• Experience with liquid cooling technologies and thermal characterization.
• Experience working with global ODM/OEM vendors and manufacturing partners.
