What you will do

• Partner with GTM stakeholders to translate business questions into clear analytical requirements.
• Design and build AI and analytic solutions for trial management, win rates, and sales metrics.
• Develop maintainable solutions in business intelligence and AI tools following internal standards.
• Collaborate with operational teams to define requirements for engagement data models.
• Use segmentation, cohort analysis, and A/B testing to inform engagement strategies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert by documenting methodologies and sharing best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada
• Experience in analytics roles focused on pre-sales motions and SaaS.
• Proficiency writing complex SQL queries with joins, aggregations, and common table expressions.
• Experience using Python for data analysis and uncovering trends.
• Ability to translate complex sales questions into clear analytical approaches for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating in a remote, distributed environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake and dbt models.
• Familiarity with Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Experience experimenting with generative AI tools.
