What you will do

• Partner with data infrastructure engineering to evolve and maintain the data warehouse and ELT processes.
• Build and optimize a data platform to support critical operational and strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal analyst teams to define data needs and ensure accurate reporting.
• Simplify data collection and automate manual workflows to eliminate dependencies.
• Reconcile data issues and alerts across systems to drive architectural improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer.
• Advanced SQL skills with a focus on well-architected data models and optimized query performance.
• Familiarity with the modern data stack (experience with dbt and Snowflake is a big plus).
• Strong business and product instincts to differentiate essential requirements from nice-to-haves.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to various audiences.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Apache Airflow or other DAG frameworks.
• Experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
• Knowledge of operational tools like Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, Segment, or Zuora.
• Familiarity with Python.
