What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain dynamic reporting and dashboards in Looker.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
• Write performant SQL and maintain data models in dbt.
• Implement data quality checks and documentation to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Analyze complex datasets to provide recommendations to leadership.
• Develop data engineering skills including pipeline development and workflow orchestration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a data analyst, BI, or analytics engineering role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data modeling.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Hands-on experience with dbt and BI tools (Looker preferred).
• Experience with cloud data platforms, specifically GCP and BigQuery.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining data to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
• Familiarity with data integration tools such as Airbyte.
• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.
• Knowledge of business systems data like HubSpot or Salesforce.
