Treasury Analyst

What you will do

• Develop and implement a robust P2P process within NetSuite, covering POs, invoice matching, and bank reconciliation.
• Manage and monitor actual and forecasted cash flow to ensure liquidity visibility.
• Execute payment processing, cash movements, and banking transactions.
• Perform financial reconciliations and manage financial investments and allocations.
• Prepare financial analyses, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making.
• Partner with Accounting, Tax, and Legal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and internal control compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Engineering.
• Proven experience in Corporate Treasury or Financial Operations.
• Strong proficiency in cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and banking relationships.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.
• English: Intermediate level required.
• Must be based in or able to work from São Paulo, Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite.
• Knowledge of Power BI and financial mathematics.
• Understanding of foreign exchange (FX).
• Experience driving process improvements and automation.
