What you will do

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations for Brazilian legal entities.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, Group Accounting Policies, and BACEN regulations.
• Manage the preparation and submission of regulatory reports to the Brazilian Central Bank.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and a strong internal control environment.
• Lead local statutory audits and coordinate with Big Four auditors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Brazilian CPA (CRC registration) required.
• Fluent Portuguese and Advanced English proficiency required.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and BACEN accounting regulations.
• Experience in preparing statutory financial statements and regulatory reports.

• Postgraduate qualification or MBA.
