What you will do

• Translate leadership principles into observable behaviors and decision criteria for hiring and evaluation.
• Design and implement structured interview processes, including rubrics and calibration mechanisms.
• Integrate culture principles into performance review, recognition, and promotion standards.
• Establish a "Voice of Hippocratic AI" listening engine using surveys and focus groups to measure culture.
• Collaborate with founders and senior leaders to maintain and sharpen the company's cultural language.

Requirements

• Must be based in Menlo Park, CA (5 days a week in-person).
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in Program Management within People/HR organizations.
• Proven track record of influencing leaders and processes without formal authority.
• Expertise in operationalizing values and designing structured interviewing systems.
• Experience with performance management and promotion frameworks.
• Ability to design employee-listening programs and translate data into leadership action.

Nice to have

• Sophisticated understanding of culture-add vs. culture-fit hiring and bias mitigation.
• Experience translating principles across both hiring and performance systems.
• Background in fast-growth companies of comparable scale.
