What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer and customer inquiries regarding orders, returns, and credits.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues professionally and in a timely manner.
• Process and monitor claims, returns, and credit requests following established procedures.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, inventory, quality, and finance teams to meet customer needs.
• Analyze information to ensure accurate transaction processing and identify process improvements.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation according to company requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Danville, IL facility.
• Bachelor's degree, or an Associate degree with experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with relevant business/customer service experience.
• Proven experience supporting customers, dealers, or business partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
