What you will do

• Supervise and lead the distribution team to ensure timely product receipt and order fulfillment.
• Optimize resource allocation and refine processes to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Manage daily scheduling, staffing, training, and internal auditing activities.
• Develop and implement performance measurements to routinely evaluate operational efficiency.
• Maintain strict housekeeping and safety standards to ensure 100% compliance with protocols.
• Coach, train, and provide performance evaluations for non-exempt team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse or distribution center supervisory experience.
• Ability to work the weekend shift (Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM).
• Physical ability to carry and move furniture weighing up to 150 pounds.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong understanding of order picking, packing, and shipping procedures.
