What you will do

• Research and process orders using Storis software.
• Manage daily truck manifests and validate shipping eligibility according to SOPs.
• Update route trackers and communicate impactful changes to stores and warehouse partners.
• Resolve Salesforce cases and assist with order escalations.
• Submit 215s and acknowledgments to distribution hubs.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to improve operational performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma required (College degree preferred).
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in data entry or order processing.
• Proficiency in computer programs, specifically Excel.
• Understanding of warehousing, distribution, picking, and shipping procedures.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to maintain flexibility with work hours as business needs require.
