What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery and design solutions for complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Own the technical win through reverse demos, solution architecture, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Deliver tailored, executive-level demonstrations that highlight specific business value.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to buying committees including C-level stakeholders.
• Surface product growth opportunities and field insights to the Product team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clean handoffs into onboarding for enterprise clients.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in solutions or sales engineering, preferably in SaaS.
• Proven track record of running large, competitive evaluations independently.
• Strong command of technical and business-impact discovery.
• Fluency in solution mapping and articulating ROI against alternatives.
• Excellent storytelling and stakeholder-management skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Proficiency with Claude for research, discovery prep, and solution design.
