What you will do

• Design and implement regulatory reporting solutions to meet clients' business and compliance needs.
• Partner directly with clients to analyze data and recommend effective technology solutions.
• Lead solution delivery activities and manage project execution from design through implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize reporting processes and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, regulatory reporting, data analysis, or financial technology.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with strong proficiency in Excel.
• Business-level English proficiency.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Technology, or Accounting.
• Experience within capital markets or fintech environments.
• Knowledge of SQL or other data query tools.
