What you will do

• Plan and execute regional field experiences including dinners, happy hours, and hackathons to connect with target accounts.
• Support ABM programs for key accounts across direct mail, digital channels, gifting, and content.
• Own end-to-end event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, invitations, and on-site management.
• Partner with Sales to align marketing activities with territory priorities and pipeline goals.
• Track and analyze program metrics such as account engagement, attendance, and influenced pipeline.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in field, event, growth, or ABM marketing.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco or New York.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, and intent platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase).
• Ability to travel approximately 25%, increasing up to 50% seasonally.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort working with data to make decisions.

• Experience marketing toward IT, Engineering, or Security audiences.
• Experience supporting events or campaigns in a B2B or startup environment.
