What you will do

• Lead, develop, and retain a team of Program and Delivery Managers embedded within Product and R&D.
• Shape and evolve the planning systems, frameworks, and cadences for portfolio-level execution.
• Maintain a clear view of commitments, capacity, and delivery confidence for senior leadership.
• Define and implement an AI strategy to improve program planning, tracking, and delivery velocity.
• Drive systemic improvements by identifying patterns of friction and inefficiency across the portfolio.
• Build executive-facing reporting frameworks to drive data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Technical Program Management, Delivery Management, or Engineering Program Management.
• 4+ years leading a team of program managers within a multi-team Product and R&D organization.
• Proven track record of designing and owning planning and delivery systems at scale.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without authority across technical and business functions.
• Fluency in agile delivery practices and hands-on experience with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Analytical capability to build metrics frameworks and interpret delivery-flow data.
