What you will do

• Supervise and control intricate networks and applications in a multi-vendor environment.
• Perform batch operations in accordance with service agreements.
• Analyze first-level issues across systems and resolve or route them as appropriate.
• Develop support system management processes specific to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-level service delivery.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in an operations environment.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Windows and Office products (Word, Excel, Teams).
• Working knowledge of network fundamentals such as routers, switches, and circuits.
• Ability to work an Alternate Work Schedule (AWS) to maintain 24x7 support (any shift, weekends, holidays).
• Must be able to pass stringent background checks.
• High school education required.

Nice to have

• College education.
• Working knowledge of Major Incident, Problem, and Change processes.
• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, VMware, Ansible, Jenkins, Jira, or Okta.
