What you will do

• Manage Windows, Linux, and Unix server environments and maintain optimal performance.
• Administer AWS, Azure, O365, VMware, virtualization, and containerization environments.
• Operate enterprise network infrastructure, including switches, wireless controllers, firewalls, routing, DNS, and Infoblox.
• Monitor infrastructure using SolarWinds and DataDog and lead resolution of network-related incidents within SLA requirements.
• Support vulnerability remediation, backup and disaster recovery solutions, including Rubrik and Zerto.
• Create network topology documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Cisco Nexus, Arista, Meraki, Cisco Wireless Controllers, Windows, Linux, Unix, and ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, O365, VMware, virtualization, containerization, Infoblox, DNS, firewalls, routing protocols, and network monitoring.
• Experience supporting backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Rubrik and Zerto.
• Experience in a complex, multisite enterprise environment with strong problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Availability to provide game-day support on major holidays when games are played.

Nice to have

• CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, server, or cloud certifications.
• Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting for infrastructure automation.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, SIEM, endpoint protection, cloud networking, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
• Experience with advanced video streaming technologies and CDNs.
