Location: Onsite in the New York City area; game day support is required on major holidays when games are played.

Salary: $115,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Administer and maintain Windows, Linux, and Unix server environments.
• Operate AWS, Azure, O365, VMware, and containerization platforms for enterprise workloads.
• Manage network infrastructure, including switches, wireless controllers, firewalls, routing, DNS, and Infoblox.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and network reliability using SolarWinds and DataDog.
• Lead network-related incident resolution, meet SLAs, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain topology maps, troubleshooting procedures, security controls, backup, and disaster recovery documentation.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Cisco Nexus, Arista, Meraki, Cisco Wireless Controllers, Windows, Linux, Unix, and ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, O365, VMware, virtualization, containerization, vulnerability remediation, and cloud operations.
• Experience supporting Rubrik and Zerto backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Experience with firewalls, routing protocols, network monitoring, and data center troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with automation and scripting; Python, PowerShell, and Bash are relevant tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience; complex multisite environment experience is required.

Nice to have

• CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, server, or cloud certifications.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, SIEM platforms, endpoint protection, and cloud networking.
• Experience with infrastructure capacity planning, performance tuning, advanced video streaming, and CDNs.
